looking for some data for the lee c430-310-rf with alliant 2400. I found plenty of data with h110/296 while searching but can't find any starting or max loads for 2400. I will be loading for a 7 1/2 super redhawk and a winchester 94ae so I could use data for both crimp grooves. I would just try h110 but I hate working up loads for it because of the sensitivity to downloading and small powder charges. Therefore for boolits with limited data I like to use 2400 because I can start low and work my way up without worrying about undercharging.

thanks,jbc

I've used 17 grains of 2400 with that bullet. :p

+1 on starting @ 17gr and work up from there to what you and your shooter can handle....2400 is hard to beat for a 44 load to use in pistol and carbine.....just check your pressure signs and go up slowly....depends on what you are looking for. Good Luck
