Spray on LLA

Maxima chain wax.
My dirt bike riding buddy had some of this stuff. It looks,feels,and smells exactly like LLA. Im going to get some and try it on some boolits.

I pay 16.95 for a spray bottle for my bike chain. May be a bit steep for loob.

Maxima is about $9 for a fairly large can.

I have no idea how many bullets you could lube or how to apply it evenly.

the Lee lube will do several 1000s of boolits and I am still on first 4oz bottle since the mid 70s . they send one with each size kit. I have enough to last 2 life times . It dont take but 10 to 15 drops when heated to do 200 boolits

i kind of thougt it might be, but i quit dirt biking years ago, and i was not about to make a special trip to a bike shop, and pay BIG BUCKS just to try it out. like "shotman" said, the little squeeze bottle will do a lot of boolits, and is a lot cheaper than maxima. and it is going to be way less messy than spraying wax all over the place. by the way, both remind me of the old winchester "lubaloy" lube they used to use.

I ran across some stuff called "Defense", it is a rust inhibitor coating for bare steel parts. It is a spray that looks ,smells and feels like LLA , But it would be more costly than the bottled Lee product, so why bother? Nice to know there are other things that would work if you were in a pinch,though:coffee:
