I am having a lot of difficulty shooting my Marlin CB's (old eyes and trifocals). The rifles are accurate enough, but I am having a lot of trouble with the rear sights. I shoot these rifles in SASS and would like to put either a tang or receiver sight on them. That leads to my question, which replacement sights of these types are legal for SASS?

Recommendations please?

Thank you.

Only tang sights. The best that I have tried are the marbles they work very well and have a windage adjustment. The Lyman ones do not have windage but work as well as long as you get it lined up properly. For SASS they will both work.

I use the Marbles with an adjustable aperture. The ajustable aperture lets you focus depending on light conditions and how your eyes are doing. I would also put a Lyman globe on the front. I am using the widest front post and it is working for me. You can pick and choose your front insert based on what works best for you.

The Marbles always comes back to where it was.
