I have a bid on "Trade me" for a near new ruger 375HH barrel which I was thinking could be set back and chambered for 375-08 and put on a 08 brazilian action that I have. Anyone have any experience with this wildcat. It seems a natural for CB's.

I started a similar project back in early '06, sent a savage striker , .375 barrel and a new set of C&H 375-08 dies back east ,,, still waiting.
Guess I shouldn't worry until it hits the 5 year mark huh?

pretty sore subject right now joe.... but I waited 5 years for a 'smith to work on a SMLE project.
Finally got the rifle back though.

This may end up a five year project for me too. I was outbid by someone with deeper pockets than me. Still, the thought was there.
