?? favorite loads Lyman Deerstalker ??

Have plenty of ML experience but just met the "deal you can't refuse" and now have a .50 cal Lyman Deerstalker. Used and hunted but the bore is in good condition and it has a Lyman peep sight on it. Any favorite or proven loads out there for round balls or 250 gr real boolits? I prefer black powder info as that is what I use. The 24" bbl is much shorter than the other BP guns I use so that is a considerable change. Ususlly shoot RB and 70 to 110 gr FF BP in my .58, then 50 to 100 gr of FFF BP behind either a RB or REAL in my other .50 cals. Also have sabot/boolits etc that I use in my Savage ML II. Save me some range time as hunting season is soooo close. 10 ga

I have had real good luck with powerbelts in my 54 cal heavy 444 gr. The 1x48 barrel shoots them very well.
