While looking for beeswax, i came across soy wax. Would this have any good lube uses? Has anyone tried this?

Just wondering?

Beeswax is about the only natural wax that can "hold" other stuff, like water, oils, etc., within its structure rather than on its outside, like our lead alloys do on the molecular outside only.

Some guys use soy wax for BP lube, but I have tried it and found it to be too brittle and slippery, doesn't stay in the groove well. . It will NOT replace beeswax by itself.

How about for mixing with bee wax in place of using canning wax 50/50 with bee wax. Or would it just be better to use all bee wax? Or stay with canning wax?
