Anyone have a link for where to buy these?(9mm)
I've found them at Brownell's(out of stock for 9mm) and Missouri Bullet Company(won't sell them unless it's part of a 'regular order'?). Someone else has GOT to sell them!!!!

Thanks,

Iz

Bullets I guess. But I've got more bullets than primers right now, and don't know when or where I'll find more.

Thanks,
Iz

4/0 steel wool or Chore Boy Copper Scrubbing pads work just as well and and are a lot cheaper. Just wrap a bit on a worn bore brush and add a little oil.

Try a plunbing supply house, I have seen brass screen used in the strainers on faucets.

A few years ago, Brownell's bought out the Lewis Lead Remover company and is the only direct source now. I've successfully used Brownell's to fulfill original Lewis warranty problems.

You can use other materials to substitute for the brass/bronze screens, but where you gonna get the flexible plug and the dandy forcing cone doo-dad?

IF A .38 KIT IS AVAILABE, BUY THAT. FOR MANY YEARS & I STILL HAVE ONLY TWO SIZES OF SCRUBBERS. LARGE & SMALL,,,SMALL FOR ,37/.357-- 9mm-- AND THE LARGE ONE FOR .40 S&W --- .44 MAG/SPL.--- .45 AUTO/.45 WIN. MAG.

Go to a "head shop" and ask if they have any pipe screens. They are brass and come in different sizes. Don't ask me how I know. I grew up in the '60s. Hold them at the end of the barrel and push in with a brush.

You can buy a 20 ft roll of pure copper wool for $9.90. Wind some around an old worn out brass brush to scrub out the lead. The copper wool will not hurt steel. After all you shoot copper bullets down the same barrel. 20 ft of copper wool will last you a lifetime and all your shooting buddies lifetimes. It is made for stuffing around pipes and wiring in wood home framing to keep rodents and insects out. That is why the web site is for pest control.
