Widener's has RG4895 in stock.
I've never used Radway Green's flavor of 4895, but 4895 is one of the most popular and most versatile powders for highpower shooting. It's very clean burning. It's mainly for J-word bullets. IMR4895 was used to load billions of M2 ball and AP rounds in .30-06 during WWII, and continued to be used for many years following.
Surplus powder is kind of hard to come by nowadays - the decent stuff, anyway.
Oh, this guy has some pull-down IMR4895:
A few bucks cheaper, but it's pull-down - you'll still wind up with the $20 hazmat fee.
