WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT TO TURN ON THE TV AND HEAR ANY U.S. PRESIDENT, DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN GIVE THE FOLLOWING SPEECH?

My Fellow Americans: As you all know, the defeat of Iraq regime has been completed.

Since congress does not want to spend any more money on this war, our mission in Iraq is complete.

This morning I gave the order for a complete removal of all American forces from Iraq. This action will be complete within 30 days. It is now to begin the reckoning.

Before me, I have two lists. One list contains the names of countries which have stood by our side during the Iraq conflict. This list is short. The United Kingdom, Spain, Bulgaria, Australia, and Poland are some of the countries listed there.

The other list contains everyone not on the first list. Most of the world's nations are on that list. My press secretary will be distributing copies of both lists later this evening.

Let me start by saying that effective immediately, foreign aid to those nations on List 2 ceases immediately and indefinitely. The money saved during the first year alone will pretty much pay for the costs of the Iraqi war.

The American people are no longer going to pour money into third world Hellholes and watch those government leaders grow fat on corruption.

Need help with a famine? Wrestling with an epidemic? Call France.

In the future, together with Congress, I will work to redirect this money toward solving the vexing social problems we still have at home. On that note, a word to terrorist organizations. Screw with us and we will hunt you down and eliminate you and all your friends from the face of the earth.

Thirsting for a gutsy country to terrorize? Try France, or maybe China.

I am ordering the immediate severing of diplomatic relations with France, Germany, and Russia. Thanks for all your help, comrades. We are retiring from NATO as well. Bon chance, mes amis.

I have instructed the Mayor of New York City to begin towing the many UN diplomatic vehicles located in Manhattan with more than two unpaid parking tickets to sites where those vehicles will be stripped, shredded and crushed. I don't care about whatever treaty pertains to this. You creeps have tens of thousands of unpaid tickets. Pay those tickets tomorrow or watch your precious Benzes, Beamers and limos be turned over to some of the finest chop shops in the world. I love New York.

Mexico is on List 2. President Fox and his entire corrupt government really need an attitude adjustment. I will have a couple extra tank and infantry divisions sitting around. Guess where I am going to put em? Yep, border security.

Oh, by the way, the United States is abrogating the NAFTA treaty - starting now.

We are tired of the one-way highway. Immediately, we'll be drilling for oil in Alaska - which will take care of this country's oil needs for decades to come. If you're an environmentalist who opposes this decision, I refer you to List 2 above: pick a country and move there. They care. It is time for America to focus on its own welfare and its own citizens. Some will accuse us of isolationism. I answer them by saying, "darn tootin. Nearly a century of trying to help folks live a decent life around the world has only earned us the undying enmity of just about everyone on the planet. It is time to eliminate hunger in America. It is time to eliminate homelessness in America. To the nations on List 1, a final thought. Thank you guys. We owe you and we won't forget.

To the nations on List 2, a final thought: You might want to learn to speak Arabic.

God bless America. Thank you and good night.

If you can read this, thank a teacher. If you are reading it in English, thank a soldier.

This speech reeks of good thought and meaning. However you will never have a president with the "nads" to give it or deal with the consequences of it. America has become the bread basket and welfare basket of the world.
No where in our Constitution or Bill of Rights does it say that American citizens will take care of the world with their money or their lives.
If we cut off these countries from our pocket books the world would definately change. Are these changes going to be good or bad? I can't guess.
It was Ronald Reagan that bankrupted the Soviet Union. He had them scared "****less" about starwars and money to build up our military. The Russians had to spend $3.00 for every $1.00 Reagan spent to try to play catchup. When Russia failed so did a lot of it's sattelite governments. Democracy is precious. Freedom is precious. They are also expensive.
How expensive should they be? Our government system has become a source of income for our own politicians. With the pay raises and retirement benefits they grant to themselves between election years our fair share goes up and up.
Here in Pennsylvania there is currently an "Operation Clean Sweep" to vote all the incumbents out of office.
Toss out an incumbent this November. Everyone will feel much better.

Yea, and Congress should be in session for only several days and be required to adhere to line item legislation. sundog

Also effective immediately all nonsensical B.S gun laws which by the way all "INFRINGE" on you rights as an american will be lifted.

Criminals beware, when you decide to steal grannies purse you may very well be in for a surprise.

We need a clean sweep of government officials here in PA. The last four years under Governor Ed Rendell has completely ruined deer hunting in this state. The liars at the Game Commission are not going to admit this until the deer are completely wiped out and they don't sell any liscenses. Some lawmakers now have been holding hearings, but I think it is just for show for them to get votes from hunters. Rendell is a gun control nitwit. The ruination of hunting could be just backdoor gun control. Every hunter in this state should vote against any incumbent, no matter which party he is from. The only exception is Senator Rick Santorum, only because Bob Casey is a gun control advocate and would be a crony for New York Senator Chuck Shumer, who is pushing for Casey. WE DO NOT need a Chuck Shumer here in PA. I can not understand why the hunters in New York State can't oust the two Senators they have. Who would want a gun control idiot from Arkansas as your Senator?

I am afraid that in order to get the 45 you would have to fill out form #78947478324787878324780 and sign it in triplicate, then wait for a voucher for the price of the 9 and then pay the difference.

This is still America after all we wouldn't want personal choice to be THAT easy now would we.

rmb721- Re NY voters- There's a little thing called New York City which has pretty much all the votes and more or less no hunters. THAT is why Chucky and Hillary are in office.

Tpr Bret - Your problems don't stop with just Hillary and Chucky. In the April 21, 2006 copy of Gun List is an article that says that New York Sen. David A. Patterson has introduced a bill requiring police who shoot to kill to face manslsughter charges. Have you heard of this before now? I tried to post the article, but I could not get it to come out right.
