Corn Casserole

1 can creamed corn
1 can corn, drained
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
1 cup sour cream

Mix all the ingredients together. Grease a glass pan, cook at 350 for 50 minutes to an hour. Let sit for 10 minutes, and enjoy.

What kind of ground meat do you use? I have used pork and cheddar cheese, but it didn't turn out too well. Suggestions?
