The best explanation of what precision reloading is supposed be is the Video made by David Tubb. If you ever get a chance take a look at it. The process of reloading is to make a perfect circle (projectile) within a perfect circle (case and case mouth) an to align it to another perfect circle (chamber and bore) this must be done the same each and every time.
