Has anyone tried to make one larger than 1/8"? That seems to be the largest I have found. I'm thinking 3/16ths would be cool.

Thanks,

I have never been able to get the Forster HPer to make consistently good HPs. Maybe i'm a dumb _ss but I get two right and two wrong. Finally gave up on it and gave mine away and started casting my HPs.

But, I see no reason you couldn't go bigger. Might take a little machinist work is all./beagle

X2 ~ After a call to Forster, tossed it into a 5gal bucket along w/other junk not to waste my time on.

Huh. Mine seems to work pretty good. Never had a problem I couldn't trace back to op error. You have to check for excess runout before you start making holes.

+1 bret, the key is making sure the boolit is paralel with the "ways", and use the little guide correctly so the hole start in the right place. i can't say i have done a ton of them yet, as i just got mine up and running a few weeks ago. this summer has been extreemly hectic for me for some reason.
