Well I couldn't stand it and called them. The fellow that answered the phone seemed nice enough and was honest that they were out of the item I wanted. So from that limited perspective, they seem OK.

I order steel shot , Hevi shot and steel shot wads from them

They have always been straight with me and ship pretty quick

But they don't update their web page very often
So the prices listed online are not always up to date

But they are straight ant tell you when you call in your order
