well yes it is

A few weeks ago I asked it this was possible to take the pin of a lube seizer die and have it countersink so the shank of a gaz check bullet would fit in and while lubing would prevent the lube from lubing the portion of the gaz check bullet.
My son machined me such a pin a it works beautifully
lube some 150 bullet and no problem
a picture is worth a thousand wordshttp://i705.photobucket.com/albums/ww57/michelmongrain/IMG_0519.jpg
the wall of the pin are .010 thousand and surprisingly solid ( same as a gaz check itself even harder since the pin is steelhttp://i705.photobucket.com/albums/ww57/michelmongrain/IMG_0522.jpg
here is a picture of a bullet has it is seating on the pin before going in the seizer die

here are some bullet has they come out of the seizer die et "voila" no lube on the skank
so now when I want gaz check bullet I use the solid pin and when I wish no gaz check and no lube I use the cutersink pin
My hope is that Buck shot would offer this service to you all casters I would be honered...

You can do the samething for bevel base bullets.

yes, my son told me you have to take a good grade of metal that lends itself to smooth machining.... I am certain you know what he means just looking at your works
by the way my son Pascal say's thank you......

yes Bill2 just have to machine the pin accordingly but you will have to remove more in the center of the pin in order to create a pressure ring with the same inclination of the bullet around it so the lube won't go under
