Ok, I got my new 38 super and now I have to make up my mind about what to cast for it. I have a Lyman 158gr .358 RM mould, and I'm gonna try it sized .357 over +/- 4gr or 231 or bullseye....I might even try Unique. I know this bullet shoots well in my model 64 smith and my taurus single action 357. Also aside from 231 being a little cleaner burning, I don't really notice any difference in accuracy in any of the powders in my 45ACP 1911s if the correct load is used. If ya have some experience with a 38 super in a 1911 and advice to offer It's always good to get a heads up before loading for any new caliber.

I use a 125gr with Blue dot.
