foster trimmer ?

does any one have a foster case trimmer that is markes FOSTER BROTHERS , NOT FOSTER PRODUCTS ? i just bought an old one that is marked that way. the base is different and i think it may be stronger and more accurate. any help?

You have an original production model. The name was changed and some structural changes were made after a few years production. The trimming parts are all the same and interchange. You have a good one, I still have mine and use it still after all those years ago I got it. Robert

Mine must be a counterfit/knockoff.
It says F-O-R-S-T-E-R on it. Suppose the parts will fit? ;)

YEP you have a R eal one with the R IN THE NAME. i like my foster ( FORSTER ) one. the co. told me some on the early ones wete silver in color instead of gold. does any one have one of those?
