Drippy Lee pots can be a source of aggrevation and a mess to clean up, and there have been numerous discussions about curing the drip.

However, I think we may be overlooking an important aspect of the drip -- Pot Art.

Now, I don't posses an articstic bone in my body, evidenced by the poor picture, but my Lee pot seems to be quite talented and, last week, produced these sculptures.

HEY, YOU GOT SOMETHING THERE

If Whorhol (sp?) could get a zillion for painting a soup can....why not. You just need to convince some "artsy types" this is modern art and your all set:bigsmyl2:

You have to same pot I do!!

I showed some of these to my wife and she wasn't impressed.
"That's nice dear" she said obviously annoyed by the interruption. As she again focused on her book, the soft background music. and her latte.

I think the one on the right end looks like the archangel Gabriel.
Advertise is as such on eBay, and watch the bids skyrocket...

If you can get your pot to make a sculpture of Obama...he'll appoint you to his cabinet.

What really impresses me is that I bet you did it in miniature, right?

That one posted by GLL is true art!! Get out the beret and put it up for sale!! Some art critic will say that the artist had a rough childhood and that is reflected by the shape of his work which is pure brilliance.

Only bad thing about drips is the little splash you get from time to time.
