Are there die manufacturers who's FL dies are closer to SAAMI spec chambers than others? I bought Lee Pacesetters dies for my .358 and .350 and they seem to "exercise" the necks a bit more than is necessary.

MJ,
I have had the same problem with dies from several makers.
I bought a couple of collet die sets from Lee to get around the over sizing.
This only works if you can live with neck sizing and the limited selection of calibers available.
Lee will make custom collet dies for a pretty reasonable price, but I wouldn't want to guess how long the lead time would be these days.

Lee's Deluxe Rifle Die set includes both full length and neck sizing (collet) dies.

Forster, at least, will hone the neck of their BR dies to provide the neck tension that you need. IIRC, it runs around $35-40 for this service. I don't know if RCBS or Redding will provide the same service, but it would be worth an inquiry.
