Here are the fruits of my new (from Midway) Lym 4-Cav Mold. Also my first attempt at Gas Checks. They crimp on rather nicely.

The boolits are air cooled WW's and drop just under 160 grains, then sized with Blammer's Gas Checks and Felix lube.

I'll be head'n out to the range soon with my .357 Lever and a Revolver.

I just finished testing some boolits for my pistol and Marlin in 357. I used the same loads, but tested water dropped boolits against air cooled boolits. The loads using the wd boolits, in my guns, were 1/2 the size or less, than the air cooled ones.

Your guns may have the same or different tastes. It would be worth testing your best loads, with wd and ac boolits, to see what your guns like best.

How about some load data guys. I shoot a 357 Win 94, and have good luck with that blt, and also true with the Ranch Dog Blt that I was lucky enough to get befor he went out of business.

Good looking -156's, Sprue. SO tell us your load...

I haven't gotten any loaded up yet, I just started a 2 wk vacation and things are looking very busy right now, go figure ;)

But due to the fact that I keep my powder selections/supply to a minimum of varieties, I'll be using Unique or Bullseye. That said I'll probably use 7-7.5g of Unique - when I get a chance to load a few up.

All in all though, I'm gonna have to break down one of these days and buy some 2400. However I do have enough Unique to last for quite some time. It does go a long way, and thats a good thing as Martha says.......

I'll post a range report..... hopefully soon.
