I'm thankful I got involved with cast boolit making before Ranch Dog went out of business.

I have 4 molds and 3 of them are RD's.

375 max or 357 max?
Looks like the .375. That is a great group.
I had a revolver in .375 long ago, what a powerhouse and fun to shoot. The only problems I had was with WW brass, all the case rims were a different thickness and would tie up the gun. The bad part was WW is the only maker of the brass.
I have one RD mold and it is great. We lost a big part of our shooting and I hope he can find a good company to make his molds again.
I know I will miss him and will not trust Lee to keep making molds to his specs, they failed for him.

its a 357max What's the barrel details? Stock T-C or do they make one in 357 max? I'm thinking of a 10" 357 max for the GB 358-180 FP as a thicket pistol.

A RD mould I don't have.
I have the 190 .360, the 265 .432, the small .45 rifle boolit and the .50 cal.
Ranch Dog moulds are probably going to be classic icons in the near future. Never loaded one that didn't go where it should.
Ranch Dog himself, put a lot of effort and correct theory into his designs and we all can benefit from his hard work. I expect Lee to offer them when the smoke clears.
Get some now before everyone realizes just how good they are.

Junior, Don't know if they still make the bbl, but a friend of mine has one that is factory. He put a muzzle break on the thing. Befor that it was one of the loudest and most heavy recoiling contender that I have ever shot.

You're right. They will be classics soon. Glad I got one before they were all gone.

VERY NICE !

Could you back that camera out for another photo of the entire gun ! :) :)

My .357MAX Contender is a rechambered .357Magnum. The original Contender barrels in .357Max were just not right !

Not sure what you mean by that Jerry.

I have one (14") and shoot it regularly. .357 Max is a super round out of a contender platform, IMO.

here it is again setup with a rubber Encore grip and a differant forend but you must use an OTT Grip Chip under the grip so the grip fits the G2.......30-30ai in the back ground
