I'm looking for a 9mm mold that I can use to cast bullets for a 9mm AR and pistols. Maybe 124gr? I'd like something that would mirror the WWB bullets. Anything like this you can recommend?

What is "WWB bullets"?

The Lee truncated cone 120 grain is a good one.

try the Lee 125 gr RNL 2R boolit 90309 for a 2 cavity or 90457 for a 6 banger

This boolit is an excellent copy / shape for 9mm Ball ammo.

Lyman 356402 has been a standard for a looooong time. I cast them for my Walther P1. Feed like a champ.

RCBS makes 3 or 4 designs that are in the 115-124 grain range. All feed reliably and are easy to cast. They are round nosed and one is a truncated version with a small meplat. One even has a gas check, but I don't think that you really need it in 9mm. LLS

I agree, I have shot a good hundred pounds of them since 1995. they were the ORIGINAL 9mm Parabellum bullet configuration offered by Georg Luger in 1909.

They feed nicely thru all my auto-pistols, are accurate, tho I DO use a 124 gr RN for My Marlin camp carbine which appears to be a lil fussy 'bout bullet shape

I like the RCBS 147gr 9mm boolit. It feeds good and shoots well out of my pistol. But its
pretty heavy for 9mm so if performance as in expansion is important to you not sure how it
would work. FB

FB, got that same mould. It's a good boolit.

Recently had problems with my two 9mm Lee 124gr molds, with warping sprue cutters!!! Dang- and my Australian visitors wanted to shoot 9mm!
So, what to do??
Found the very first mold I ever owned, an old (1974), SC Lee 358 SWC in 140gr.
Very much a truncated cone profile, and the light came on-- Cast a few with my softer pistol alloy, and weighed in at 137gr-
Sized them at .356, after pan-lubing in 50/50Alox/BW lube, and tried a few over a light load of old Unique-- Excellent results- good feeding, reasonable accuracy for neophyte shooters, and everyone's happy.
Had to try this because I didn't have time to purchase a new mold in 9mm, and Jacketed boolits aren't available right now--- this points out just how important this boolit casting thing is-- flexibility when you need it!

I would go with the Lyman 356402 in a four cavity. It is a excellent feeding bullet with excellent accuracy. The powder I use for this bullet is WSF, the accuracy is fantastic.

RCBS are great molds, but the are only two cavity molds.

Yodar...I didn't realize that Georg Luger used Lee molds back then, they must have been better quality then now.
