Lyman 45 push rod

Need the length of the lower push rod on a Lyman 45. The push rod that raises the bullet on the upstroke through the die. Mine went AWOL.

My Lyman 450 measure 3" overall. I plan on modifying SST 1/4" bolt to make do.

They are about 3" long, including the head. The flat head is about 0.175" thick.

I started experimenting and ended with one just under 3" long overall. I'll try it out and see how it works.
Easy enough to make one out of a 6" long 1/4" bolt.
