I just got a Lyman 45 in trade and in the process of cleaning it up. Are parts still available?

A) Is there such a thing as a parts diagram (or just the classic instructions found in the sticky and the Lyman Casting Bible)?

B) I am missing the lower push rod that raises the bullet out of the die. Can someone measure theirs and give me some specs to make one?
I found that I can use an inverted 1/4" bolt. How long does it need to be?

C) Need a pivot bolt for the handle. (I may use a fine thread bolt and bushing to suffice.

I'm not 100% sure but I think most the parts for the new ones fit the older ones, 45 and 450. They don't make a parts kit to replace most the parts.
