Thanks

I was down to my last 500 small rifle , so I ordered 5K
All I saw they had in the way of SP primers were SPM and I don't realy like them

So as I still have several K of SP standards I passed

I've heard of and used CCI, Federal, Alcan and a limited number of other primers. Have also heard of the Russian brand. Never heard of Magtech. Who makes them? 'Tuck

From the magtech web site.

3. The headquarters is located in São Paulo, Brazil and our company, CBC - Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos, is the largest military and commercial ammunition manufacturer in Latin America. CBC was founded in 1926, and from 1936 through 1979 Remington Arms of USA and ICI – Imperial Chemical Industries of England were the controlling shareholders. Today, the operation is a publicly traded Brazilian company, owned by the general public and institutional investors.

The smaller brand names are going to be available in limited quantities from time to time according to a friend of my dad's who works at Graf's. But the CCI/Federal/Remington/Winchester ones may be a while from them yet. Last he told us was Grafs had on order 3.000 cases yet to be delivered, and approximately half of those were already backordered by customers. That was a few weeks ago, don't know if it has gotten any better yet. Billy

I've shot around 15,000 of the Magtech large and small pistol primers. I have experienced no problems with them, and will buy them again when they are available.

Primers are starting to trickle in slowly in different parts of the country.
