Burn rate is between Accurate 2230 and Winchester 748.

Great powder. I miss it. Easy to ignite, clean burning and very consistent. From an original Scot Brigadier loading pamphlet:

Brigadier 3032: A medium but cooler-burning single-base tubular powder approximately 1-2 grains faster than IMR3031. Also similar to H322. Ideal for many benchrest applications. Formerly Herter's 102. Extremely accurate.

I can vouch for all that. I have a half pound left of my original stock of B3032, and also have a full can of Herters 102. It is fabulous in the 223-class of cartridges.
