Here is my new bullet from a Lyman mold modified by Erik. Very uniform expansion & a bit more bullet wt. than offered by the Lyman Dev. plus it's in a Cramer mold, so I can do twice as many in less time.:-D These were tested in wetpack. I think I can go to 900fps & still hold that petal shape. I am going ot try next time out & also try some w/ 50/50 lead & clip on ww.

I think there was a mould, 45268, that was a 45 with a hollow base. I remember reading an article decades ago about someone who used that boolit reverse loaded, for heavy expansion.
