It is BLUED Finish, Classic Leupold Base "STD" (one piece) For Savage 110 Left Hand Rifle variations including 112, 113, 114 and 116, Leupold Part # 50219. It is new and complete with slotted rear scope ring mounting screws, Torx base mounting screws and Torx wrench - in original sealed packaging, never opened.
