I've got one. Haven't had it in use enough to say I really know a lot about how reliable and accurate it will be over the long haul, but so far it seems to be OK. I've had a little trouble with Trail Boss and 4831 keeping consistant weight in the charges, but haven't worked out to my own satisfaction why that is yet. I played some with Red Dot, and maybe IMR4227, and they were very uniform. Until the chance for some volume reloading of rifle cases comes along, I have no idea how it will work for both speed and accuracy, which is supposed to be its' strong suit. The adjustment system for returning to a previous and recorded charge setting seems to work pretty well. Of course, that part is of no use if you don't get the dial indicator setup to go with it. Quality of finish on the various components is pretty good, and the instructions are useable.

I just read the review that Wills refered us to. The reviewer is undoubtedly much more adept at the use of mechanical devices, because his results with 4831 do not mirror mine. I guess more practice is in order.

I'm with Urny. I can't even get mine to throw as accurately as my old Redding with H-4831 or 4831sc. Best I've been able to acheive is +/- .6 whereas the Redding will hold +/- .3. I put it away, less than impressed. Maybe I'll dig it out and give it another go.

I will also say that it is similar to a B&M measure, in that it uses drop tubes that can be permanently set. All you need to do is check the charge and find the correct tube for a particular powder charge range. Buy that tube ($6) and set it for the charge you want to throw. When done, remove it and set aside until needed.

I have a rack of them:
