Lee will gladly make you one. I had them make me one for a 0.423" to size 0.429" jacketed bullets in my RCBS press, works fine, pretty cheap too. SOmething like $27?

Never thought of that. As the largest I could find on there web site and others was .358.

If I do not find one here in a couple of weeks I may just give them a shout. Thank You for the info. :)

It's easy to take a slotted dowel, a piece of fine sandpaper and an electric drill to open up a .358 to .360"

Yes, but if you have to buy a .358" & open it up, might as well let LEE do tht for the $8-$9 IMO. Besides, Lee will likely get it dead on, doing it yourself w/o proper machine tools will be tedious & not likely uniform. I'm lucky, I have access to a machinist that does cylindricle polishing so I can get something like that done free. By the time you sent me the part & payed shipping each way, Lee cans till provide it cheaper IMO.

Why don't you just PM buckshot??? He makes push through sizers I believe, and I think on par with what Lee sell them for WITHOUT the custom order.

Buckshot does awesome work with sizing dies. You will also get it a lot fast from him as well.

Wow lots of great info. I knew Buckshot made sizers for Lyman / RCBS and so forth but did not know about the push throughs.

I did think of purchasing the .358 and either using sand paper or a small brake hone to open it up but I would like for it to stay round lol. And would like as little as possible working against me as I work against myself enough without adding to it lol. :)

You people are going to get me into trouble with myself lol.

You might find a .358 in stock or used. A .360 is a custom build. the extra $10 or so is not much but the wait may be several months. Lee is behind just like everyone else. +1 on Buckshot.

I opened Lee sizers with abrasive paper successfully. It works fine.

I have opened Lee push through sizers(.309-311), but I needed one for .278 (.270 win) and had Buckshot make it for me. I think it was around $25.00 shipped and I had it in 2wks. Works great.

Jestergrin, are you wanting to size cast boolits? If so you might try them straight out of the mold. Sometimes they cast large (depending on alloy). I cast a few 357 boolits for a friend and LLA them straight from the mold-no sizing. They drop .359 with my alloy.

Yes it will be for cast. But I do need to use a sizer since they have a gas check. :)

You only have to remove a thou to open a .358 sizer to .360. I do it by lubing cull bullets with fine valve grinding compound and shucking them through just like normal sizing. Four bullets run through in order until they go through with little resistance will do what you need.

You just cannot cause significant out of roundness by this method. You are not removing enough metal to do so. The sizer itself is forcing even contact, and after the first pass, your four laps are as round as the original hole.
