Mailing Lee liquid Alox

I ordered a Lee size die from Graf. They told me they couldn't send it unless they took the Alox out.
Seems like Liquid Alox cannot be sent through the mail anymore.

Uncle sam screwing us again.

It has to go UPS. Ordered a LEE sizer die from Midway along with some other small items.
Nicked me for $9.90 shipping because of the Alox.

Maybe it's because you're in HI, and things have to be sent by AIR- no GROUND UPS until it arrives.

Charlie S may be right about air transport as I just got 1 qt. of Liquid Xlox via Priority Mail from Lar'45 the other day, but it only had to travel to N.Y.

I hust got another quart from Lars last week. It came Priority Mail. I KNOW that there are certain companies like Midway and Midsouth that will screw you on shipping if you live in HI. I try to give them as little business as possible.:violin:

Midway was my first choice for a long time but because of the shipping charges they are my last or I go with out it.
