I melted some lino today and when I fluxed it it had a bunch of clumpy stuff on top when it became liquid I don'thave a themometer so I kept it on the heat for awhile (turkey cooker) when I fluxed it and stured it up with a wooden stick there was a bunch of charcoal brown stuff with the consistansy of dirt left , what is it?

you get that with ww's etc, too.
the lumpy stuff was the antimony at it's liquidus stage.
you was just fluxing the dirt and junk out of it.

Good idea to ask, you did the right thing, when in doubt....good casting
