Yet another stupid question

I just picked up a large amount of Lyman and RCBS top punches. The stupid question is.......are the numbers interchangable? Is the Lyman #421 top punch the same as the RCBS #421. Any info would be great.

I DO know that those particular numbers ARE the same, since they are both for the
429421 (Keith .44 boolit). First three digits of a Lyman are nominal diam in thousandths
second is the boolit design number - so "421" top punch is numbered to match the '421'
mold. Seems likely the others are the same, but I have no idea.

On second thought, if it is a 3 digit, it may match some well known Lyman design, but if
it is a single or double digit it may just be a "#23" round nosed top punch.
