As I understand it, this was recinded the next day by higher Headquarters and, I assume, persons at that unit level were councelled by higher Command.

I'm just taking a guess but the suicide rate among the military has been reall high lately, but that is just a guess but my wife thought the same without me saying so. I don't think it would really help any but the military likes things to look good, on the surface anyway.
