I thought I would start a thread here on cutting copper for your Checkmaker dies.

Here users can share methods and ideas of cutting copper and other materials used to make your gas checks, and free checks as well using beer can AL.

What do you do if you have a real HEAVY roll of copper that needs to be cut up in many 8x11 sheets? You make a cutting station using a broke down- Sears Craftsman Radial Arm Saw.

I removed the motor from the carridge, bolted in a plate to hold a conveyor roll pin on one end, and made a wood stand to hold the other end. It works great, and it's easy to square and line up.
