I'm not sure where this should go, but sometime back someone posted links to some chamber diagrams. A friend is just getting into reloading (not casting) and was asking questions about OAL of the cartridge and why too long or too short was not good. In trying to explain, I was hampered in trying to define leade(throat), free bore, etc. As I recall the posted links showed a full chamber diagram made from Tom Myers software and a diagram of just the end of the chamber, showing the neck, free bore, leade and start of the rifled bore. Someday I'm going to learn to bookmark such things or save them on the hard drive. Anyone remember?

This is from Ranch Dogs page on the .35 Remington. It really shows the details of the chamber.

Thanks, guys. This was what I was thinking of. I had the CIP tables but they aren't as clear to me as the diagrams in the thread on throat fit.
