There will be some solder in them, not nearly enough to make it worthwhile to remove it.

Try trading your radiators for scrap lead at a salvage yard or just sell them and buy boolit casting alloy from Rotometals or somewhere. "clean" copper/brass radiators with all steel trim/fittings removed bring about $20 here at salvage yards, enough for about 10# of ingots.

thanks for the reply i always hear people talking about radiator drippings for solder to harden lead.
I was curious how much, but you answered my questions.

"radiator drippings" are what collect as trash in the bottom of the large open-topped vats that radiator men work over. It is about 50/50 tin/lead solder.

Copper or brass radiators are quickly becoming a thing of the past. Most are aluminum and plastic now and the price of a new one is often less than the cost of repairing one.

Most of the new ones are held together with clips, with plastic tops now anyway.

Gettin' hard to find a radiator shop anymore that can do anything besides order in a new one.

Used to be you had one in about every small town, and most of the guys could build a radiator to suit about anything , or fit about anywhere.

Time marches on...
