I was wondering what the Lee C358-158 SWC did in terms of accuracy?

I like Gas Check bullets for most of my .38/357 revolvers, because they shoot better in most of my revolvers. The Lyman 4-cavity 358156 mold blocks are so heavy my forearms are really tired after a couple hours using them.

I like the round myself. It will hold 8' @ 50 yrs supported for me in my Taurus 66 6", over 6grs Unique. (1000 - 1025 fps) 3 years ago I brought a real nice doe home using that boolit, from about 35 yrds. Not sure what else to add, other than it's treated me well.

I like this bullet in the 357, accurate in the BH and Taurus. I shot 100 of them today busting various rocks at 50-60 yards at 1250 fps with LilGun and C RED. I wish the mold I got cast slightly smaller though, frosted WW+ tin .362x.363 and .360x.361 on front band, lubed and checked about 169 grains. Sized .360 they will chamber in the Taurus but really hard in the Ruger, now I just size to .359 for both and is accurate and no leading. I've pushed it to over 1300 with 2400 and 1350 with LilGun in the 4 5/8"ruger with slight resistance on extraction, same loads in the Taurus were stuck hard, not to worry, just a test, but that was still under max listed with LilGun.

Mine shoots fine out of my Ruger GP100 and S&W 686+ no ledding issues in either. I haven't MIC'd bullets yet but I am not sizing them either shooting just WW lead at around 1000 fps recovered lots of bullets that have been fired and all still in 98% origional shape or better. Just wish they had a little bigger lube groove. Also I am not using a gas check either.
