My S&W 27-2 cylinder chambers measure .3585 where the bullets seat. Do I buy .358 or .359 diameter cast bullets? Thanks Fellas

I would try both and see which are more accurate. What does your barrel groove dia. measure? I try to size to at least .001" over barrel groove and up to .002" if possible.

If all cylinders measure .3585 , your lucky...slug your barrel and get the grove diameter as suggested above. Check your cast boolit to see what it measures as cast, if your barrel grove is say , .357 , considering your cylinder dia. I would size .359, that should work fine IMHO.
.001-.002 over grove should still chamber in your cylinders, that is where you may have a problem if one exists. I have a couple of 357's that like a .360 boolit for best accuracy.
Good Luck

I have two Smith's that a .359" boolit is a very tight fit into the cylinders. No speed loading with them!
