Any favorite 7BR loads?

Can anyone share thier favorite cast 7BR loads? Thanks-

I haven't used this with cast, but it should be appropriate for that use. A popular, light recoiling load with 140-150 grain j-bullets is 17-18 gr. of 4227. Gives around 1500 to 1600 fps and has produced lots of perfect silhouette scores. Use CCI-400 primers - others don't seal the primer pockets well enough for this powder in this case.
