has anyone tried to alloy pure lead with solder that contains antimony. how much do you use to copy wheel weights

My way would be to make a few boolits out of WWs and weigh them. Then start with a 50% full casting pot of lead or so, add your hard alloy and then weigh a few boolits. Too heavy add more hard alloy.
You didn't mention the Antimony content so it's a crap shoot. This would give you as close to WWs as you can get. Also you may be heavy on the Tin content.

You can't get there from here.

The only commonly available solder with Sb is 95% Sn - 5% Sb. If you dilute that with enough Pb to get .5% Sn then the Sb content would be .002%. Not enough to be of any benefit.

I LIKE ANTIMONY for my cast rifle bullets.

I add 1 lb MAGNUM SHOT which is rich in antimonial-lead and arsenic which permits a HARD cast bullet subject to heat treatment hardness augmentation

However these SKS bullets cast with 1 lb magnum Shot worked fine with water quenching alone
