sub sonic .358 win?

can I use trail boss powder in .358 win with a 196g pb cast bullet. I have about a half pound I just want to use up! what charge weight or percent of volume should I use? looking for anywhere from 800 to 1100 fps. tryed to call hodgdon but they are closed for the holiday!:Fire:

9-11 grains i have heard of doing it, but as i recasll the vel variastions were kinda wide.

Dacron as a filler should stabilize the vel..
