Where to buy sb and sn

WW are harder to find. Want to brew my own. Have acces to scrap pure lead but need to find source for sb and sn
What do you think about 95 pb 3 sb 2 sn. Was hoping this would be a good mix for hunting boolit. Using sks 7.62x39 155gr. with gas check from Lee. Will not push faster than 2000fps.
Have 3 requirements for boolit.
1 Must be hard enough for the 2000 velosity
2 Must be tough enough to hold together(hitting bone)
3Must expand/mushroom

Also would making these HP with drill press be better?

would go at least 6% and 3% Roto at top has the pure stuff need an alloy flux they should have also
