Has anyone here ordered recently from factorysales.com (The lee sponsor banner)?

Reason i'm asking is:

I ordered something March 17th.

Order was confirmed and my credit card was charged.

I still haven't seen hide or hair of the items that I ordered, or an email that my items were backordered.

Best to call these folks, or is my delay typical/expected?

Ordered a safety prime setup along with a riser for the powder measure for the Lee Classic turret press.
Total $22.80 plus $7.60, not so bad.
Insurance/shipping + $1.00 = $14.95 for a grand total of $45.35. WTH. These can't be more than three or four ounces. Postage? Two or three bucks?

Ordered on March 9th. Sent E mail the 8th of April, Order sent the 8th of April, priority mail.
The site does say to allow three to four weeks for delivery.
I have been taught a lesson, I think I will be looking for a different supplier.

I ordered from them recently. One would think that they being an outlet for Lee and only being 2 miles down the road that they could ship a lot sooner than 3-4 weeks!
