Finally got round to casting with Dutch`s mould. 15 lbs WW with a couple of bars of solder thrown in. Not fancy but works for me as I am not planning any loads above 2000 fps.
Couple of sticky cavities easily remedied with deburring.
As cast diameters from all six cavities 0.3120 up to 0.3135. All cavities very slightly out of round and I do mean slightly, half a thou to a thou! Sized in RCBS with 0.313 lyman die and home made lube, mainly beeswax, moly grease, parafin and ATF oil.

Photo shows as cast,Gatored up and loaded into FNM 303 brass.
Weight of finished bullet is 177 grain. Shot in No4 MK2.
Two loads tried, 25 gn of A5744 and 41 gn of A4350. These worked fine in MY gun etc.
No chrono on test day but they should both be around 2000 fps.
Recoil was stouter with the A4350 load which was also more accurate.
Shot at 200 yards. Got around 9inch group of 5 rounds with the 5744 load but an amazing 5 shot 5 inch group with the 4350.
Shooting position was prone with sling no rest.
I intend to size these down to 0.310 and shoot them in my Swiss K11 and 7.62 X 39.
