ok i have all my casting done for the year and im bored, i have 63 pounds of this alloy when i receved it was melted down in a old fridge crisper drawer . i melted it down and made 1 lb ingots , ive had it for a few years, the alloy has a soft matt finish in ingot and as cast (like S&W matt finish on a 625) bhn after casting & air cooled is 15 , bullet weight 238 grs out of a 454454 255 gr mould as cast dia 0.458, melts at normal lead temp . thanks bob!!!!
