Just tossed it all in the jar.

Bloody Marys @ my house next weekend!

Pretty simple recipe really.

1 qt of your favorite 80 proof vodka.
1 Jalapeno pepper, sliced in 1/4's lengthwise.
1 garlic clove, minced.

I'll mix it up with some V8 next weekend and let you fellas know how it comes out.

I usually do that with Ginger &/or Cloves.

For my "Pepper" vodka I simply add about 1/8 tsp "Pure Cap" (500,000 scolville Capscium) to a 1.75L bottle and shake.

I'm one of about 3 people I know who can drink it... and all of us eat food that causes caustic burns...

It turned out pretty good. I don't drink too many bloody marys, but mix this stuff with V8 juice and it tastes like a bloody mary.
