Mihec and others,
I would like to propose a future buy to you and others. I think you mentioned at one time you can do multi cavity non hollow point molds. I would like a copy of The Ranch Dog TLC311165 but with standard lube grove(s) in maybe a 2 cavity iron mold. I love the design but hate TL boolits. I would like to know if it is possible and if there would be interest enough to do it?

Another thought,
Could the same cherry be used to make the same boolit but opened to .323 and .356?
Please forgive me if this doesn’t make sense because I am definitely no machinist.

I will check this out...
About cherry - on CNC can be opened to different diameters but profile stays the same (and with "removed" 3° draft)

Greetings guys, I just wanted to add a note that articbreeze contacted me about his proposed buy and it is fine by me. In that I will not be involved in the redrawing to his spec, please funnel all communication about this buy and the bullet to him.
Some advice, scaling a bullet up does not work. Each bullet should meet specific throat/leade requirements for the "target" cartridge.

ok...i do not know why anyone would want a custom 2 cav instead of a 6 cav. sorry but i will not spend money on a 2 cav non-hp mold.

The reason I said 2 cavities was because I prefer iron and six cavities would be heavy but I would not be opposed to 3 or 4 in iron.

you have to make slight changes when going up and down in size.
the lead angles change.
a good design with tweaks does prove out though.
i would be interested in what rifle you are thinking of using the redesigned rd boolit in?
a marlin or a bolt?
