I just got my 4500 a couple of weeks ago; it came with a stick of Lyman moly lube, which is pretty messy. The old alox/beeswax stuff should be excellent for what you want. Best price I know of is from www.lsstuff.com, from one of our members. Nice Lubrisizer.

Another vote for the Alox 2138/beeswax "50-50" lube. I buy "Javelina" because it's produced locally, and I try to support local enterprise whenever possible. There are several brands out there, about the same stuff I imagine.

Even the soft lubes flow a little better in colder weather when warmed up. I use a played out blow dryer to keep the sizer body warmed up this time of year. Lyman used to recommend a usage temp of at least 73 degrees F for the Alox/beeswax lubes, IIRC. Go EASY with the blow dryer--they can melt the lube if left running long enough. High heat and low speed for about 2 minutes on the lube reservoir keeps things going nicely for 15-20 minutes between re-heats in a 40-50 degree garage.
