Good source of 50/50 bar solder

I have a good supply of ww, but need some 50/50 to make Lyman #2 alloy. Any help would be great.

I just found a ton of 40/60 and 60/40 in the "lead" bin at my local scrapyard for 50 cents a pound. Another source is yard sale pewter.

You should run a sale on it in the swappin' and sellin' section. It would go fast.

I found enough for myself but after this weeks success I think I just might buy some to resale at cost for my boolit brothers.

I go to radiator shops and ask for the "drippings" from where they take apart and solder radiators. Bring it home and melt it down. The price is right!
