This is a very good choice for light boolits in the .44 magnum. 8.0g behind a 200 to 210g boolit gives around 1050fps, and great accuracy with no leading. At least that's the case with several of my revolters. I don't know whether it is still available, but, when I bought mine a few years back it was around $8.00/lb.

Shuz, I never tried it in the .44 mag. but 4.4 grs. in the 45 ACP with a 230 grain boolit and 5.8 grs. in the .45 Colt with a 255 grain boolit were good loads. My supply is long gone. Another good one was NM-13. It was a terrific .45 Colt powder. Both came from Bartlett but are long gone. Too bad...Ray
